Three ALW income buckets. Are you collecting from all of them?
Within the ALW program, there are three distinct ways you get paid. Most providers are only collecting from one or two.

Bucket 1

The core ALW reimbursement. If you are billing for ALW, you are likely collecting this one. But are you billing every eligible day? Most facilities we audit are leaving $500 to $1,500 per month on the table here alone.

Bucket 2

A resident-side income stream that many providers collect inconsistently. When managed correctly, this alone can add $1,400 to $1,600 per resident per month to your facility.

Bucket 3

The income stream most providers do not even know exists. For some facilities, this is the single biggest revenue opportunity in the entire ALW program. Kamil will explain it on the call.

Not sure which ones you are collecting? That is exactly what the revenue call is for. Kamil will review your current setup and show you where the gaps are.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions we get most.
Is this for new facilities or established ones?
This is primarily for established facilities already operating and billing through ALW. If you are brand new, we can still talk, but the funding conversation is most valuable when you already have residents and billing in place.
What are the three ALW income buckets?
There are three distinct ways ALW providers get paid within the program. Most only collect from one or two. On the call, Kamil will walk you through all three and identify which ones you may be missing.
Do you guarantee revenue increases?
No. The call is designed to evaluate what is realistic for your specific facility and map out practical next steps based on your current setup.
We already have a biller. Should we still talk?
Yes. Most billers are simply inputting your resident information into a software, and that is where the relationship stops. We work differently. We partner with you not just on billing the right way and making sure you are collecting every dollar you are entitled to, but also on how to grow your revenue. It is more of a consulting approach to billing. If your current biller is not doing that, you are leaving money on the table.
