RCFE Owner, ALW Billing Expert Consultant

Kamil owns and runs his own residential care facilities. He moved into consulting and then billing because he kept seeing the same gaps over and over. 15+ years in the space. $1.5M+ billed monthly. 200+ providers helped.

When you talk to him, you are talking to someone who has been in your shoes. Not a sales rep. Not a call center. Not a consultant who overcharges and disappears. A facility owner who speaks your language.

What providers say

Real feedback from California facility owners who work with us.

Maryam A.
Aspen Village Elder Care

“Before working with MBS, I was a new ALW provider, and I felt my questions were unanswered or not answered accurately. I was always concerned about the billing process, not understanding it and my questions were not answered. Since working with MBS, I feel more confident about the billing, and my questions and inquiries are always answered and explained immediately. In addition, they have helped me with HAB hours application process. I am very grateful for their help and service.”

Sarah M.
Savanah Assisted Living Care

“Prior to knowing MBS, I experienced a lot of challenges since I was very new with the ALW program and the billing process. They helped me a lot. They do my billing every month and payments come on time without any denials or delays. It's such a relief for us that they can do all that for us and we can concentrate on other stuff for our residents. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Kamil is very knowledgeable about ALW and updates. I am so grateful.”

Almond Road Senior Estate

“Before we started working with them, our assisted living facility was struggling to keep our heads above water with ALW billing. We were facing a constant cycle of claim denials and delayed payments from Medi-Cal, often waiting months for funds that were desperately needed for operations. Everything changed when we partnered with Kamil. He didn't just take over the billing; he completely overhauled our workflow. If you are an RCFE operator tired of the ALW billing headache, do yourself a favor and call Kamil at Medical Billing Services.”

Frequently asked questions
Clear answers.
Who do you work with?
California RCFE and ARF facility owners, administrators, and operators. We do not work with anyone outside California.
Do you only work with ALW facilities?
No. We work with any California RCFE or ARF provider. If you are not in ALW yet, we can help you apply. If you just need licensing help, we do that too.
What does "bill now, pay later" mean?
We do all the billing upfront. We submit claims, follow up, and wait until you get paid. Once your payment hits, we send our invoice for a small percentage. No setup fees. No upfront costs.
We already have a biller. Should we still talk?
Yes. Most billers just plug your residents into a software and that is where the relationship ends. We work differently. We partner with you on billing the right way and on growing your revenue. If your current biller is not doing both, you are leaving money on the table.
Do you help with licensing and ALW applications?
Yes. We process RCFE, ARF, and ALW applications. We can run licensing and ALW concurrently so you do not lose time on either one.
What are the three ALW income streams?
Within the ALW program, there are three distinct ways providers get paid. Most only collect from one or two. On a revenue call, Kamil will walk you through all three and identify which ones you may be missing.
Is this legal advice?
No. We provide operational and administrative guidance. For legal questions, we will point you to the appropriate professional.
